Return Policy

We want you and your puppy to be happy with every purchase from Rehome Pet Essentials. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Items must be free from pet hair, odors, and damage

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened grooming products (shampoos, sprays, wipes)
• Used training pads and potty supplies
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@rehomepuppiesforsale.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization
3. Package the item(s) securely with all original packaging
4. Ship the package to: Rehome Pet Essentials, 151 W 34th St, New York, NY 10001

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged on arrival, defective, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
